House Renovation, Pt 1

A series of pictures with commentaries of home and garden repairs/remodeling. The mailbox is a starting point. We have pulled weeds, edged, mulched (hardwood mix), and planted monkey grass on the rear side. We'll have to contact the HOA before we can paint, but we already have the gallon of gray to also use on the deck.

There are also a few purple coneflowers planted (from Rachel's grandmother) that may or not make it. If they do, they could look like this:
