The world already knows this, but the White Sox won the World Series, blog readers! Chicago goes crazy, and all White Sox fans rub it in the face of the poor Cubs fans. People here skipped work the day after the big win so they could be the first to buy T-shirts that said "2005 World Champions", everyone held parties for two days in the middle of the streets downtown, and a Picasso sculpture inexplicably donned a White Sox cap. Ahhh, life in a big city!
